Manual Cleave

Manual scribe-and-cleave station for separating small semiconductor samples by scribing a guideline and cleaving along the crystal planes. Suited to hand cleaving of individual dies and small pieces of silicon and compound-semiconductor wafers for clean, oriented facets.
